the spitter in the soup
Apr. 9th, 2009 07:10 amI just started Asimov's's April/May 2009 and, as is my tradition, I read the non-fiction first. This time around, the book review is by Norman Spinrad, who in the course of talking about Tom Disch and about the latter's The Word of God, takes yet another jab at SF's pulpish traditions, and at SF's subculture of cons and fans.
I do wonder why Spinrad deigns to let himself be published in pulpish Asimov's.
