plans for the weekend - part d'oeufs

I won't be digging holes or gardening today because it snowed last night. Maybe I'll use that unexpectedly liberated time to finally watch my DVD of Denvention's masquerade. Since I was in the masquerade, I was unable to see most of its costumes in action.

I thought that TCM was going to show The Ten Commandments, but I was wrong. Oh well. I'd probably have skippd it anyway because I was never a big fan of those de Mille movies: they come across - to me anyway - as spectacles, never going below the surface. Compare that to Chlarton Heston's other very famous movie, Ben Hur, the DVD of which I am still planning to watch today.
