gathering light by the Bay

Anybody interested in a Gathering of Light in the Bay Area, on Dec 20, or on Dec 19? Oakland's Pacific Coast Brewing Company can be a bit noisy, but it's within a few blocks of BART's 12th Street Station. Mind you, if you know of another place that would be ok with others, do let me know.

Agatha vs the Dalek

Nearly 2 years ago, on our wedding anniversary, my wife gave me a remote-controled Dalek.



It had been some time since I had played with... I mean... since I had practiced with it so I put new batteries in. To say the least, Agatha the usually fearless Cat Genius, who had never seen the Dalek in action, became disturbed and beat a hasty retreat when it started rolling in her direction.

Exterminate. Ex-ter-mi-nate!
