once a year, two years ago

I'm off to my yearly medical. Last time I went was 2 years ago. I'll find out if my going to the gym 4 times a week has helped slow down the encroaching decrepitude.

a clean bill of health

Back from my medical. Things look good. I especially liked it when my nurse said that she rarely if ever sees somebody who doesn't take any medication. I don't think there was an unspoken "...for my age..."
