"Identity Crisis"

Last night we watched 1975's "Identity Crisis", in which Lt. Columbo goes after a CIA agent played by Patrick McGoohan, who I think has appeared in the series more than Robert Culp, although probably not as often as Vito Scotti. But I digress. It wasn't the show's best story, but it's always a pleasure to see Columbo not let his pursuit of Justice interfered with by anybody, not even a CIA boss. When the latter introduced himself and showed his badge, I burst out laughing. Sue didn't get the joke. Maybe I betray my advanced years by knowing who was Phil Corrigan, Secret Agent X-9.

let the (reading) games begin

My Hugo nomination ballot showed up in my emailbox yesterday. I've been building my own nominee list throughout the last 12 months, but there are a few slots left, and the deadline is March 11, so I guess I've got myself some more reading to do.
