no singin' in the rain

Today was the one-day-only theatrical re-release of "Singin' in the Rain". I really wanted to see that, but I put in a long day at work, of my own free will (sort of) because I want to impress the new boss with how awesome I am.
("But that trick never works!")

By the end of the day, I was rather fatigued, enough so that I'd fallen asleep in the middle of the late Cyd Charisse scenes. So... No rain, no Gene, no Cyd.
