making up for the meh

Today was a 'meh' day at the office, but what better way to make up for that than the buying of a book? I went to Barnes & Noble's site and now have Beth Bernobich's short-story collection "A Handful of Pearls" for my Nook, besides her story "River of Souls" from Tor.com.
