burnt and smoking

I've had a breakfast of burnt toast, but I didn't burn it so much that it'd have set up to smoke detector. I guess I'll now go thru the last 125 pages of the copy-edited manuscript of Sue's fantasy novel, which *is* smoking.

I just finished going thru the copy-edited manuscript of "Mist", my wife's contemporary-fantasy novel. What's next for me? There are a few fantasy novels I'd like to try, but I think that I'll instead go for something different, maybe with spaceships in it. That being said, I'm looking forward to the day I can show off the cover to Sue's book. Until then, here is a picture of Kristanna Loken, who's the closest to how Mist looks.
