...and some crimefighting

I met a crimefighter today... Before that, I copy-edited another chapter from one of Sue's novels, completed the clipping of the backyard's various flower beds, loaded the resulting fourteen 30-gallon garbage bags into our minivan, vacuumed the house, took a shower, went to the dump with the garbage bags, stopped by the grocery store... where I encountered the shiny-blue-caped 6-year-old crimefighter armed with a yellow Slinky and accompanied by her faithful sidekick Tigger and her dad. I'm back home now, the grocery has been put away, and laundry has been folded. I guess I'll do some more copy-editing while sipping coffee.

a horror intended?

We decided to watch "Hellboy ii" tonight and we concluded that it holds together much better than we originally thought. Sue could have done without Barry Manilow's singing though.
