mid-year later

I thought that today's one-on-one with my new henchboss was going to be my mid-year review, but it was more a "This is how I'll do it" and the actual affair will be at the end of the month, when the henchboss and I both are in the Bay Area. I didn't know that though so I came prepared, and it turns out I do have some accomplishments to be proud of besides keeping the boat from sinking.
