after three weeks
Jul. 29th, 2013 08:17 amAfter three weeks, my right shoulder joint still feels it's catching into something, but not nearly as often as it used to. So, today, after a long absence, I went back to the gym and made it thru my routine. Mind you, with lower weights on the machines that involve my arms. I was much relieved to feel no protest from my shoulder - except when I did free weights, which I think is what threw my joint out of whack. I'll work my way back to the old levels for the other exercises. Slowly. I am not going to mess with the healing process.
