"Ashes of Honor"

I just finished Seanan McGuire's "Ashes of Honor", her 6th novel about October Daye, Changeling detective for the Fae who hide in plain sight in San Francisco. The story felt like it was meandering, to me anyway, but guess what? I am looking to October's next outing, "Chimes of Midnight".

Someone recently suggested that, to keep my thankless work place from occupying so much of my brain rent-free, and to start looking at it as 'just a job', I should take up some technical skill that'd satisfy my personal needs and thus chase the bad stuff out. I could start with WordPress, then use it ot poke around my wife's own site.
