the Inn in the Zone

The ending of "Holiday Inn" reminds me of the Twilight Zone. At the end of the film, Bing Crosby goes to Hollywood, where they are making a movie about his Inn, and he finds an absolutely exact replica of his place, except that there are cameras looking at him. What if he went back home and realized that it too is a set? There was a TZ episode like that.
