July 25, 2012 to December 4, 2012

Sunday will mark a work anniversary for me. From July 25, 2012 until December 4, 2012, I was made a subteam's manager. It was a short period in the more than 27 years I've been here, and it ended because of a reorganization, but I was good at it. I was the manager I wish I had had in all those decades since I entered the work force. Go me!

My plan is to use all of my 2022 PTO this year and not to transfer any of it to 2023. It looks like I may succeed this time.
