My daily exercise regimen - with slight variations on some days… 10 miles in 30 minutes on a stationary bike… 60 biceps curls with 50-pound weights… 60 arm-press push-ups of 180 pounds… 90 sit-ups on an inclined bench… 2 miles of walking the dogs…
