9.95 miles

Yesterday’s stationary bicycling… Only 9.95 miles in 30 minutes instead of the usual 10.05 miles… My worst in a long time. Some days are better. Some days aren’t. No idea why. So it goes.

I did 10.02 miles in 30 minutes on the stationary bicycle this morning. Lower than my goal of 10.05 miles, but better than yesterday’s dismal 9.95 miles.
