sergebroomToday, the team's manager sent an email to each of us, asking for a list of our top achievements for 2009. Here's what one of our users said when I mentionned this to her...
"You could write that one of your top achievements was that you avoided strangling my boss."
"I don't think that'd go over well. How about 'Our users much prefer dealing with me than with Jonathan(1)'?"
"Are you sure that 'prefer' really is the word you want to use?"
"Well..."
"You shoul say 'Users hate Jonathan(2) - they love(3) Serge'?"
"Aw shucks!"(4)
