I never thought I'd one day say this, but, if I were given the chance to have anything magically(*) changed or improved about my body, I'd probably pass. It would be nice to have 20/20 eyesight without glasses though. And I wouldn't be opposed to my voice being like that of the late Gregory Peck, or Terence Stamp's, or Max von Sydow's even though his sounds like two blocks of granite rubbing against each other.

(*) i.e. painlessly and without any unfortunate consequences - or hidden clauses as usually happens in deals with the Devil.

If magic were renewable every 10 years or so, I'd have shifted requests a few times. Before my knee incident (documented here (http://www.linkmeister.com/blog/archives/000082.html)) I'd have said 20/20 eyesight. After the knee disaster, I'd like to have it feel fine again (it works OK, but it feels like the inner part of a piston with a sleeve moving up and down sometimes).

Luckily, my body is pretty much intact, although things could have turned up differently when I took that curve too fast with my bicycle and landed on one knee. I could feel things shifting around a bit. Had my body not repaired itself, I'd definitely have added joint problems to the list of things to magically change.
