That's what I said on Friday to one of our contractors, a timid young woman from India. There was something she needed to do and I explained how to go about it properly. She was still nervous after that, since her knowledge of the system remains limited, but I made it clear I wouldn't get mad if something went wrong. I then told her the above.

And that's another case of my not showing leadership.
