So said to me one of our group's newbies yesterday night. I was overseeing changes to our system, and hers had gone in smoothly. Not so the changes by one other woman, who's even more a newbie, and she wasn't sure what the problem was. I told her to take her time and (thru a separate Instant Messaging window) to let me know if she needed my help. I never had to because the other young lady on her own started guiding her junior thru what was out there. I just sat back and, when all was taken care of, I im'ed to thank her for helping. That's when she said the above.
