I haven’t been around the blogosphere much these days, what with my being very busy with my own work load, and very busy teaching myself to be a boss. Until now I’ve never been in a position where someone had to do something if I told them it had to be done, and, not being big on domination (in life or in porn), I’ve had to overcome my reluctance. I prefer asking my small crew about something needing some doing and so far it seems to be working out. Another thing that took some getting used to was that it’s ok not to be able to fix all the problems by myself, and yesterday I finally went so far as passing on a problem the solution of which I didn’t know although I still feel guilt about that.

A friend once said that, if I ever were put in a managerial position, I’d be close not to Commander Sinclair, but to Mal Reynolds. I don’t know about that. I have yet to be called Captain Tightpants.
