I used to think that 1959's "North by Northwest" had the most actors who went on to become famous in spy TV series, with Fletcher Pratt's later to become Maxwell Smart's Chief, Leo G. Carroll as UNCLE's Mr.Waverly, and Martin Landau as the IMF's Rollin Hand. But 1957's "Hell Drivers" featured Patrick McGoohan as John Drake and Number Six, David McCullum as UNCLE's Ilya Kuryakin, and Sean Connery as you-know-who.
