I woke up earlier than Sue so, after I did last night's dishes, I watched "Olive, The Other Reindeer", my favorite Christmas tv special. Then at 8am, I went to wake Sue up, after which we gave each other a present - she got a watch from me, and from her I got a bottle of absinthe kept - appropriarely enough - within a box with van Gogh's selfie on the outside.
