Susan de Guardiola has posted her Balticon report, in which she finds that De ayed Gree, whatever that means, and where we learn that some Tor editors apparently are insufficiently remunerated. Oh, and there are some really neat masquerade photos.

It's a warning for when traffic lights are staggered and the people on one side have to wait. Since people tend to assume that if the cars opposite them can move, they can move, there's often a sign along the lines of "Delayed Green, Obey Signal" so they know that it isn't a case of a broken stoplight.

Ah hah... Thanks for the explanation. That must be an East Coast thing, because I don't think I'v ever seen such a sign here in New Mexico, or during the 12 years I lived in California.
