Here's an excerpt of what appears to be a normal Christmas exchange for them:

"I'm going to make a gingerbread girl."
"That's an angel."
"No, it's a gingerbread girl."
"It has a skirt, so it's an angel."
"Wings are a necessary characteristic for an angel, not a skirt. No wings. Not an angel."
"Well, don't make any more of that one; the heads will fall off."
