a viral approach to weight-loss
Aug. 30th, 2008 10:09 amHaving finally and nearly fully recovered from the post-worldcon flu, I resumed going to the gym this morning(1) after a 2-week absence. I found that, not only did I not gain any weight, but I lost two pounds and am now down to a total of 174. This is not a diet I recommend though.

(1) But not at the usual ungodly hour of 4:30am, since they don't open before 6am on Saturdays. Only young people like Kouredios consider 6am an ungodly hour. Me, I call that oversleeping.
