vindication

Today, I received confirmation that, when I'm having trouble understanding a project's specs, it's not necessarily because there's something wrong with the grey matter lodged between my ears. It may be because I have enough smarts to subconsciouly grasp that something is missing from the specs even though I can't see what, or that they have a serious flaw in them that nobody else noticed.

The user I'm doing this for was quite apologetic about it. Mind you, I could have asked her boss about it while she was away due to her father's recent death, but said boss thinks I'm an idiot. Having no wish to suffer the abuse, I waited until my user's return.
