year three of herding the light

Today is the beginning of Abi Sutherland's third year as a moderator over at Making Light. As you can see in this photo, she takes her duty seriously.

resuming the regimen

I just came back from the grocery store, where I acquired four buckets of low-fat yogurt, one big box of reduced-fat crackers, and some baby shampoo. Also, now that I'm not on call anymore, I don't have to keep ungodly work hours, so, before that, I went to the gym, making this the fifth time out of six days this week. The results of all this?



(I also bought some baloney, but one of the rules of storytelling is to know what to leave out of the tale.)
