at the worldcon

I've checked in at my hotel, and will soon be walking over to the worldcon to get my registration and stuff. It wasn't easy getting here. After I dropped the rental car back at the airport, I went to what happered to be the shuttle spot and asked for the one that'd take me to the Hotel Delta Centre-Ville. Instead I wound up at the local equivalent of a Greyhound bus station, a couple of miles away. Good thing it didn't rain.

So far so very good. I found myself walking behind Paul Krugman and I finally got to meet TexAnne. Also talked to some friends I had not seen in a long time.
