My husband and I went to the 3D version yesterday. It wasn't long after I had my glasses on that I realized it was not going to be a pleasant experience. I had to give up on watching it fairly quickly due to eye pain and stomach churning (similar to what I feel when watching movies filmed with wobble-cameras). I took my glasses off, covered my eyes with my hat, and simply listened and held my husband's hand. I even dozed off through a fair chunk of it!

My husband was too entranced by the movie to notice that I wasn't watching. I would have waited in the lobby while he watched it, except he would have insisted on leaving with me, 'cause he's all gentlemanly like that.

We were going to try the 3D show, but my wife decided that the glasses, better as they may than the old models, just don't sit well on her nose. Who knows if she'd have liked the movie as much, should her stomach have decided to churn?
