I heard that.
I actually have a very good track record for 2010, and it has been noticed by the higherups. It's just that I remember what happened 2 years ago with my former manager, when I singlehandedly took care of an important project and went beyond its basic requirements, and still she gave me a mediocre yearly review because "...it was just one project..."
