traveling thru space... and time

sergebroomTonight I’ll be flying to the Bay Area for some work-related training. I wasn't sure that my wife would be available to come pick me up next Saturday so I made a reservation with a shuttle service. I was rather intrigued by their confirmation email:
Hopefully, the shuttle driver won't be called Tony Newman or Doug Phillips.
I'll be staying at one of my sisters-in-law, except tonight and tomorrow, due to my SIL's unavailability. For those two nights, I'll be using the couch of my friend Yoko, who, for the occasion, has rechristened her appartment the Hotel Yoko.
I have wonderful friends, if I may say so.
we recommend at least a pick-up time of two hours prior to your flight to allow for enough time travel time
