not resheduled but misinterpreted

No yearly review yet... It wasn't rescheduled, but, when my boss set up that one-on-one meeting, I foolishly assumed it'd be for the review. It was just him touching bases, making sure there were no issues. I did mention the difficulty of getting any training when said training is interrupted by system failures. That being said, our reviews are supposed to be emailed (with an actual conversation only if needed) on Thursday afternoon. I'll believe it when I see it.
