Our home came unhinged today.
At least the backdoor did. The winds have been strong since last night and have yet to let up. The upshot of this is that, this afternoon, when Sue went into the backyard, the heavy screen/glass door precipitously left her grasp and ripped itself off its hinges. Luckily we have an inner door otherwise our place would be rather drafty. I'll go to the nearby big-box hardware store and see if a replacement would be as expensive as I remember. If it is, we'll wait until Spring.
I'm still expecting Miss Gulch to fly by on her bicycle.
