Yesterday's work day (at home) started at 5am and ended at 5pm. I can' honestly I worked 12 hours straight because I had two or three 3-minute breaks to make coffee, and a 5-minute break to heat up a macaroni & cheese before going back to my laptop. But it was time well spent because it ensured that things would go well when our newbies's system changes were deployed in the evening.
After that, Sue and I watched 2001's "The Mummy Returns". I've come to the conclusion that I prefer "The Mummy", which is better written, for one thing. There are three things on the plus side for the sequel... (1) Once the hero and the heroine of a story are married, romance doesn't die. (2) Rachel Weisz. (3) Patricia Velasquez.
