A Bad Influence - Part Deux

Remember that young co-worker upon whom I may have been a bad influence? Yesterday she was scrambling to take care of that last-minute task they'd sprung on her because it was due before the end of the day. At some point she wrote to me and said it was turning out to be more complicated than anybody had expected and she was afraid of making a mistake that'd really mess up our database. I agreed with her that it should be rescheduled to next week because you can do it fast *or* you can do it right. I think my unofficial support gave her the courage to write to our team lead and to basically say "No". He backed down.
