good thing I called

Good thing that I called my mom because she was worried about me, what with my not having called since the New Year began. No, she didn't say "You never call!", but she'd like her eldest to phone a bit more frequently. That having been taken care of... I've cleaned the floors. I've had a breakfast of scrambled eggs. I've taken a shower. ("Much needed, no doubt.") I heard that. I've renewed my LiveJournal account - been posting there for 6 years, I might as well keep going and besides I keep lots of photos there. I guess I should now get some serious writing done. ("As opposed to risible writing?") I heard that too. And, yes, there'll be some reading. And coffee, and soft drink because the coffee may be keeping me awake, but it also sure makes me thirsty.
