Whatever caused my first-ever bursitis on Friday night, the swelling is all gone, and so is my elbow grease. Mind you, I always have plenty of metaphorical elbow grease when it's needed.

Bursitis is fun, isn't it? I'd never had that happen before, and was concerned it was a nasty infection brewing. It was no fun waiting at the ER, but the alternative could have been worse.
