Things are pretty much down to the wire for one of Sue’s novels so I insisted that we’d go out and celebrate my 57th birthday after the book is turned in, a couple of days from now. I spent much of yesterday and part of this morning going thru the manuscript, looking for typoes, words missing or repeated, that kind of stuff. After that, I did some house-cleaning then I went to the grocery store. I’ll now do a bit of relaxation and a bit of reading. I woke up quite early today when Rocky the Cat turned on the garbage disposal – yes, everybody is accounted for – so I expect I’ll be dozing off until it’s time to watch ustream's re-broadcasting of last week’s Hugo Ceremony.
