Mist and the missing legs

This week Sue got the ARCs of her contemporary-fantasy novel "Mist". She sent out a few of them to reviewers, with one hand-written correction, because, after all the cleanups the manuscript went thru, the horse Sleipnir still managed to lose two legs.
