the Jack Williamson Lectureship - 2013

I'm all set to go to 2013's iteration of the Jack Williamson Lectureship in New Mexico's Portalès. Besides the usual suspects we'll have Joe Haldeman as GoH. The last time I saw him was at the 2006's worldcon in Anaheim, both of us going down the elevator and bemoaning the lack of restaurants within easy walking distance. Speaking of such places... I heard that the Lectureship's favorite meeting place - a Dairy Queen - went out of business. Woe!
