"The Last Full Measure"

I just finished reading the novella "The Last Full Measure", Jack Campbell/John Hemry's tale of 1863's early days of the Civil War, as men rise to rescue their potential leader, lawyer Abraham Lincoln, from the prison where the alliance of the South's slave-owners and of the North's industrialists have sent him.

If there's one 'criticism' I'd make, it is that I want to read the *novel* of this tale.
