Someone just came from Territorial Roofing to look into the leaks caused during the torrential rains of a few weeks ago, and it turns out that the roof itself is fine, and that the only repairs required are for some spots on the edges, and the whole thing will cost less than $5000. That's not peanuts, but it's much better than the amount I had originally dreaded.
