So said my doctor this afternoon during my yearly checkup's followup, and, while it's good for me to monitor my intake of fat and cholesterol, I'm not likely to keel over any time soon. In other news, today my boss asked us all to provide her with a list of our achievement for 2013. I sent her pretty much the same list for my midyear review, so I can expect the yearly review to describe me as "...sincere and straightforward..." Who knows? Maybe I'll get a raise and/or a bonus.
