Based on what my fellow coordinator said to me during a demo of Oracle's OFSAA technology, I won't expect any support from that person, toward whom I always showed support when she was working under me, always encouraging her to take risks and to speak up. That's disappointing. So it goes. I am basically on my own to get real training. Hopefully that will happen otherwise I'll sink like a stone and the boss will discard me.
