It was pointed out to me yesterday that we don't hear much lament anymore about the death of the short story. Maybe people have finally noticed everything that's out there. The web has made it possible to have lost-cost venues tailored to any audience that wants it. Come to think of it, isn't that how it was in the days of the pulps?

I think I'm going to set up a webzine called "Spicy Space Tales".
