There was a meeting today where our team’s structure for the New (Improved!) System was presented. I knew this was pretty much how things would go, and that I’d work for the other half of the Dynamic Duo instead of with her as a fellow coordinator. Had it been anybody else, I’d be quite irked, but we work well together, we respect each other, and we’re more interested in what’s good for our team’s System than in personal power. Yes, we’re both stupid that way. Still, I thought it was funny that everybody in the diagram had a specific job function, except for yours truly, which prompted me to make the above comment - in private of course. The comparison is also quite appropriate because I'm way taller than she is.
