"halt and catch fire"
Aug. 7th, 2014 08:19 pmI watched the season finale of "Halt and Catch Fire" last night. After its first nine episodes, where we followed a trio's methodical work to achieve its dream of being the first to create a laptop in 1983, the 10th episode felt rushed and disjointed. Still, I intend to nominate the series for a Hugo next year because, while it was not SF, it felt like SF and shared its preoccupations about the Future.
