They've sold it in our market for a while, we occasionally go beer-hunting at our best local liquor store (Lukas Liquors at 135th and Holmes), they stock a huge range of beers. I wish I could remember the name of the ale in the kewl bottle (it was oval!) but the flavor was, well, 'ehn.' Not worth the $2.99 the bottle cost.

My favorite bottled beers are Smithwick's or Bass or Harp still.

The store also sells all manner of flavored vodkas, etc. I still want to try the buddha's hand flavored vodka. I had thought about buying a bottle when Ms. Teresa was a guest here at ConQuesT, but we'd hit a financial rough patch and the $29 was a bit stiff a price.

All pleasant thoughts. I was at work until 8 p.m. too much stuff, I'm almost glad I'm training someone because it was an extra set of hands for Too Much To Do. On the down side I feel badly for her because I am job hunting and will be outta there when I get another position.

I'm not much of a drinker myself because the stuff usually makes me even sleepier in the evening than I normally am. Heck, I spent most of tonight nodding off thru Clive Owen's 1999 TV series Second Sight. Booze would have knocked me out. Still I am intrigued about what Buddha's hand tastes like.

As for the job hunt.. Don't feel guilty, not when they've treated you the way they did.

Oh yes, definitely. Absolutely. Positively. It is very good stuff.
