speeding up

When I wound with a few stitches on my chest, I was told not to do anything at the gym that involved my upper body for the following two weeks. That seriously cut down on what I could do so I finally gave in to Sue's recommendation to use stationary bicycles. Good for the heart, she told me. Based on that specific bicycle I've been using, and at a consistent resistance level, the above numbers show me getting closer and closer to 10 miles in 30 minutes. No idea if it's below what I should be able to attain, but it gives me a good workout, and leaves me drenched.
